Wall ball shots
Pullups
Box jumps
KB swings
V-ups
Jumping lunges
Hand release pushups
Rower, calories
NOTE: Athlete works at each station for 1 minute, then moves to next station on the call of “rotate”. After completing all 8 stations, rest exactly 2 minutes. Repeat 3 times through.
