Today’s workout might look like a big, daunting task- there’s nowhere really to hide here! That’s where pacing comes into play to be an important part of our lesson plans today. You might look at this workout and think, “I could do all those KBS unbroken,” but then you might be wrecked for the remainder of the workout. Let’s come up with a strategy that will help you stay on a pace you can maintain and maybe even kick up on the tail end in rounds 4 and 5!
Within all 3 movements there is a hinging pattern- this just means be mindful about moving well for the entirety of the workout. We never want movement at all costs.
