Time to get some barbell work in! We start the day off with a weightlifting complex to get some extra exposure to the Clean and Jerk.

The workout today is 5 AMRAPs of low reps, lightweight barbell, and simple bodyweight work. The lifts should be automatic and the rounds will take anywhere from :30-1:00 each. The goal through this workout is to get the same score each AMRAP, leaving a bit in the tank to beat your own score in the last one!

*Start moderate and build in small increases. Perform 3 Hang Cleans then 3 Jerks without dropping the bar between movements.
