12 Minute Run (Distance run in 12 minutes)
The Danish Military Speed Test (20m Shuttle-Run AMRAP 10 minutes: 30 seconds run 30 seconds rest)
Lunges (maximum bodyweight in 2 minutes)
Dips (maximum in 1 minute)
Pull-Ups (maximum in 1 minute)
Dead-lifts (maximum bodyweight in 1 minute)
Plank hold (for max time in 2 minutes with 20 kg weight placed over midsection)
